At Sticky + Moo cafe, we source produce from suppliers who share the same passion for food as we do. Meat comes from AC Butchery, spices from Herbies plus fruit and veg from Matt Brown’s Greens.

At Sticky + Moo our philosophy is simple. We buy the freshest food available and transform it into our signature "Food with Flavour".

 
Our food is simple but never bland. The menu changes monthly and we aim to introduce new flavour spectrums to our customer’s palates. We call it tasty modern fare without the wank value.

Unlike other restaurants we prefer not to store a lot of food. We buy fresh produce and use it the same day or next day. You will really notice the difference. Only at S+M.

Breakfast   
We serve a simple wholesome breakfast. Recommendations include free range scrambled eggs with house made basil pesto and our ever popular bacon & egg roll with wild rocket and caramelised onions.

 
Lunch 
At Sticky + Moo our menu changes regularly depending on what's best in season.
Carefully selected ingredients are lovingly combined to create simple yet innovative flavours.

Hot soup + Warm seats
If it’s cold outside you can be sure that we have made a fresh batch of steamy soup to warm you up. Come and sit by our toasty faux fireplace and mop up a bowl of soup with some wholesome bread.

Japanesque inclusions
For something different try our "okonomiyaki". These are savoury Japanese pancakes made of vegetables, egg and rice flour topped with authentic Otafuku sauce and mayonnaise. A big hit with the regulars.
  

 
Fresh wraps + toasted panini 
For something healthy try our tuna wasabi wrap or club wrap.
Our toasted panini’s are also a hit with the regulars. Try the Chorizo sausage panini.


Salads
At Sticky + Moo even a simple bowl of green salad takes on a new dimension, fresh mixed leaves perfectly caressed with our popular balsamic dressing.

We are not a licenced to sell alcohol but do provide a BYO service at a small corkage fee.
