Our coffee

We have commissioned one of Australia's best roasters, Single Origin to roast our very own S+M blend.

The S+M blend wad developed with ristretto, espresso and macchiato drinkers in mind displaying rich body and strong toffee notes. This also translates seamlessly into milk based coffees. It is a blend of organic beans from Panama,Mexico and India that is fairly traded to share the love.

Full flavoured and fully extracted so you get the right dose of morning caffeine.

Our beans are ground to order to ensure that the volatile flavours and aromas are captured in each and every shot of espresso. Riverina milk is steamed to optimal temperature producing a smooth velvety texture.

I guess this is why it is people say this is the best coffee in Rosebery.
